Rice Lake Utilities has received the highest possible Diamond designation as a Reliable Public Power Provider (RP3). This is a national program facilitated through the American Public Power Association (APPA) which recognizes utilities that demonstrate high proficiency in reliability, safety, workforce development, and system improvement.
